Wedding Flowers – Part 1
This last weekend, our friends Todd and Lindsey got married. Josey has known Todd since college, and they were roommates at NDSU. It was a busy weekend at our house, too because I volunteered to help them with their wedding flowers. I have to send a big thank you to Jenny for helping me out. Happy Mother’s Day!
This morning, I woke up to the bedroom door swinging open, followed by a sweet little almost-two year old saying, "Happy Muhver’s Day!" Cutest thing ever! :o) I had a wonderful day. We went to church, out for lunch, I took a much-need afternoon nap, and then spent the rest of the day with my little family. It can’t get much better than that! Busy Week
On Monday afternoon, I started to come down with something, and went home early with the body aches and a fever. Lovely, and what great timing considering we have a lot going on this weekend. Our friends Todd and Lindsey are getting married on Saturday, and I’m helping them out with their wedding flowers. Hi Birdie!
Yesterday, I took Rory up to the capital to see if I could get some good photos. I wasn’t very successful in the photo department due to the fact that she was all over the place, and I don’t think she looked at me even once the whole time we were there! That, and I am still not moving too quickly these days thanks to my recent knee surgery. Just like mommy
I haven’t taken hardly any photos in about the last two months because I had knee surgery. I was on crutches for over a month, and during that time, it seemed there were a lot of days that weren’t much fun around our house. I was sick of not being able to do anything or take care of my family. Josey was sick of doing everything and me telling him what to do all the time.
