For over a week now, I have been the mother of a three year old! I feel bad for not updating about the whole event earlier. I just really can’t believe it has already been three years. Today we drove by the hospital, and I couldn’t stop thinking about how it wasn’t long ago that we were there, meeting our first baby, and now in only a couple months we will be there again. It is surreal, really.
Of course we had a princess party for the big girl. Rory was beyond thrilled to wake up on the morning of her birthday to see our house decorated like a “princess palace.” The look on her face when she saw it was truly undescribable and memorable. So sweet. I love that little girl so much.

I dug up some old photos of Rory throughout the last few years.
This was the day we brought her home. She was two days old.
Just a couple days after her first birthday.
Last spring at two years old.
And finally, three years old.
The day after her birthday, we headed to Montana for the long weekend, and it has taken me all week to get caught up on my rest and things around the house. I have tons of photos to get through, so hopefully I can share them this week…hopefully! It is an awesome day today, so we are headed to the river to go boating as soon as Rory is up from her nap! I hope everyone has a great weekend!
