Over Labor Day weekend, I traveled back to my hometown of Savage, Montana (bonus points if you know where that is!), and I was able to take on a couple of sessions while I was there. It is always so fun traveling for sessions because I love finding new locations to shoot at. Back home, of course, I know all the dirt roads and fields, and I wish I could have had a dozen sessions because there are so many amazing location options. I just knew that this old elevator would be perfect for the outfits the family had planned. Adorable family+cute outfits+fun location+amazing light? Pretty much equals heaven on earth for me!
It was so fun getting to know this family. The girls totally lived up to the personalities mom had described to me; Ella shy and Ave spunky! And Beckett was cracking me up the whole time. He kept telling me, “that’s an old elevator.” Pretty smart for a two year old! I hope you guys love the images I captured of your family, and thank you for giving me the opportunity to photograph you while I was home!
