She was three weeks old the day of our session, and I have to admit I was nervous about getting any sleepy newborn shots. Usually, I photograph newborns no later than ten days old. But she was a total pro at the sleeping thing! She passed right out and I was even done in less time than usual! I will say it was one of the best weekends I’ve had in a loooong time for one reason. Sleep! I went the night before just so I could have one glorious night in a hotel, all alone. They had been waiting for the snowfall so they could have their photo taken with their snowmobiles, and they wanted it in time for Christmas cards. I wasn’t sure when it was going to happen, considering it was SNOWING the day before their session was scheduled. But we held out for an extra day, and it turned out to be a perfect fall-ish day.
