LOVE watching these little clients of mine grow! Elliot’s chubbiness was too much for me to handle and she turned on her big smiles instantly. Throw in her big brother loving on her a little, this was the sweetest session!
LOVE watching these little clients of mine grow! Elliot’s chubbiness was too much for me to handle and she turned on her big smiles instantly. Throw in her big brother loving on her a little, this was the sweetest session! These sisters were the perfect mix of sweet and spunky. And one of them may have been even a little bit silly…I’ll let you guess which one! Such a beautiful family and I’m so glad I was able to photograph them.
Another First Year baby turned one! With Maria having a November birthday, the weather can be iffy for an outdoor session so we set up in the studio and I just adore these balloon photos, BUT…right before this family arrived for their session, it started snowing the most amazing snowflakes, falling perfectly…oh my, my heart leaped! Well, just look at those snowy family photos. One of my most favorite sessions ever. I love when North Dakota weather cooperates!
When you’re a photographer, the late summer and fall months are mostly spent taking photos and making Christmas cards for clients on a daily basis. So it is usually Thanksgiving by the time you have a chance to think about photographing your own children and making your own Christmas card. And this year, Mother Nature gave me the most beautiful late November weather for sessions, including one of my own children. Though we didn’t get sunshine, we didn’t have to fight freezing cold and hurricane winds, and the results made this mama so happy!
Can you imagine a family with three sisters? I grew up with four younger brothers, so I actually can’t! I would have loved to have had a sister growing up and thinking back to this session with these sisters and their sweetness toward each other, just makes me smile.
