For Thanksgiving this year our family had the opportunity to travel to Big Sky, Montana and spend several days with my family.  What a wonderful time we had!  It’s amazing how a few days with those you love in a beautiful place will refresh your mind and restore your spirit.  There were so many great memories made, and I’m especially thankful that we were able to capture some photos of our family to remember our time there.

I always enjoy seeing this family, but this time around was especially fun.  Their children have grown so much in the last 6 months and I just adore seeing their personalities develop every time we have a session.  I’m so thankful that they’ve chosen me to photograph the entire first year of both of their babies.  If you’re pregnant and want to learn more about The First Year plan, please feel free to read through the Newborn Session Guide.  Being able to capture the tremendous changes that take place from your baby’s birth to their first birthday is so worth the while!

I’ve had the pleasure of photographing this family several times now, but I think this time we had the most fun!  I especially loved our hunt for the perfect sunset silhouette spot.  I’m so thankful for Dr. Doug & Dr. Sara with Active Life Chiropractic and the positive impact they’ve made on our family.  I hope I’ve been able to do the same in return for them with these images.

Another family that I have had the privilege of photographing year after year.  There is truly no greater honor for me than to be able to be a part of these families in this way.
