Well, we had been waiting for snow, and I’m still not sure if that is ever going to happen in Bismarck this year, so we finally gave in and just went for this shoot.  After all the warm weather we’ve had, it was actually quite cold and windy on this day…of course.  Even without having the ideal weather conditions, I loved the images we got in the 10 or 15 minutes we were out there.  I’m so looking forward to their wedding this spring! View full post »

Now that winter is here, I’ve found some time for some projects around my house.  One of the main ones was to work on giving our basement family/play room a little, much-needed makeover.  Because of the foundation, we have this weird ledge down there making it difficult to decorate around.  I decided that I wanted to do a grouping of gallery wrapped canvases down there, and rather than hanging them, I’d figured I’d try to use the ledge to my advantage and lean them on there. View full post »
